The Chinese began the conquest of Europe! The company Great Wall, which we have known primarily as a manufacturer of SUVs, has opened its first factory in the European Union. It is located in Bulgaria near the town Lovech.
While in Bulgaria they will make only one model – a small hatchback called Voleex C10, which is agreed to be sold in Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey. However, it is obvious that this is just the beginning – in the future market Great Wall will only expand its range. Next in line are such countries as Norway, Sweden and the UK. Also in Bulgaria will be collected and other models of Chinese companies, including SUVs and pickup trucks. At the first stage Great Wall wants to release in Europe for 8000 cars a year, but by 2015 production will be increased to 70,000 cars.
