The concept, created by the Turin design firm Bertone, was named Nuccio. It was  nicknamed so by Giuseppe Bertone – the son of the founder of the famous studio of Giovanni Bertone. This show car will be a gift for the company itself for its 100-year anniversary, celebrated this year.

The car is a sports coupe with a “center-back” arrangement of the engine. It seems that with this formulation creators had in mind the layout of the engine above the rear axle with a slight shift in the salon. The engine itself will presumably be V8 production of Ferrari volume of 4.3 liters and output of 490 horsepower. Most likely, it will be a unit borrowed from the updated model Ferrari California.

But “pieces of iron” are less important in the cars of  Bertone that design. And with this, Nuccio’s all right – in the guise of the showcar fully reflects the historical legacy of Bertone. In particular, the broad lines of the monolith-looking, and squat (height of 1220 mm). Exterior features of the concept clearly looked through Lancia Stratos Zero 1970. Over its brutal outlines Nuccio Bertone worked himslelf. After the Geneva Auto Show the car will go to the April show in Beijing, and then take its place at the National Automobile Museum in Turin.
